On July 16, 2012, Charles Hargrove, President of NYC-ARECS, was a scheduled call-in guest on the Sons of the American Legion Radio Report with Ken Kraetzer. Charles spoke about emergency communications in New York City and Ken asked him about his daughters who served in the U.S. military.
